Chiropractic Care
Howard Chiropractic Clinic provides care for patients of all ages with a variety of health concerns through a non-invasive and drug-free approach.
What is Chiropractic Care?
Chiropractic care takes a natural approach in treating disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Our doctors use exam & palpation techniques to identify the root cause of the patients complaint. During the exam process patients are evaluated for tissue irregularities, impeded motion, functional motion, tenderness, muscle strength, stiffness, flexibility, and reflex abnormalities, which provides insight into structural or functional problems for the area of concern. Once the cause is established, the doctor will perform treatment applications including possibly manual manipulation to the area. These specific and gentle controlled maneuvers and forces manipulate soft tissue and mobilize joints, restoring proper position & functional motion, increasing circulation, and reducing inflammation.
